Luz Art presents Parables and Prophecies: A Visual Epistle, a retrospective showcase of works by internationally recognized artist Wayne Forte. Forte’s work has been collected by Biola University, Westmont College, and Concordia University, as well as at the Vatican.
He uses the human body, contemporary references, personal histories, and close readings of the Biblical narrative to arrive at a truly sacramental point of view. This speaks to a broad audience, bringing ancient religious dialogues up to date with an urgent expressionistic style.
